KÜMMEL EXTRA

Kümmel means caraway in Dutch. Now a rare spirit, it was one of the great European digestifs of the 19th and 20th centuries. This artisanal version develops a spicy, indulgent and complex palette built around caraway and warm spices.

Tasting notes:

• Nose: rich and balanced, dominated by warm caraway spices, lifted by subtle floral notes of rose.
• Palate: rich and complex, with roasted almonds, camphor notes and a subtle caraway with indulgent accents.
• Finish: true and persistent, with spices, peppers and a hint of cumin, coating the palate with a beautiful complexity.
